THURSDAY 6/2/2022 - 10am - 11am - YOUR BODY AND BIRTH - IN PERSON CLASS Location: Lancaster Center *

You know your baby is nestled in the safe cocoon of your uterus, growing, and developing. You feel those kicks and jabs, after all! Your body is fantastic and working beautifully to bring a tiny human into the world. But have you considered how everything works together to make it happen? How will you know when you’re getting close to birth? What triggers contractions to start, and how does the baby move down into the birth canal? It doesn’t need to be a mystery! This knowledge is vital to making good decisions during labor and delivery. In this lesson, we will talk about how your body is uniquely designed to give birth, how all your reproductive parts work together along with hormones to allow birth to happen, what the signs of labor are, and all the stages and phases of labor. Attendees will receive 20 points for each class attended in person. Limited Seating: 5

TUESDAY 6/7/2022 - 1pm - 2pm - FETAL DEVELOPMENT - IN PERSON CLASS Location: Lancaster Center *

Fetal Development will discuss the baby’s development from fertilization to Birth. The lesson will identify various milestones during the pregnancy and expectations during each pregnancy. Attendees will receive 20 points for each class attended in person. Limited Seating: 5

TUESDAY 6/14/2022 - 1:00pm - 2:00pm - NEWBORN CARE- IN PERSON CLASS Location: Lancaster Center *

This course will discuss the basics of caring for your newborn. This is a benficial lesson for MOMS and DADS. Attendees will receive 20 points for each class attended in person. Limited Seating: 5

THURSDAY 6/23/2022 - 10am-11am - HEALTHY EATING AND LIFESTYLE- IN PERSON CLASS - Location: Lancaster Center *

This course will present information about healthy eating / lifestyle during and after pregnancy. This is a beneficial lesson for MOMS and DADS. Attendees will receive 20 points for each class attended in person. Limited Seating: 5
